Re: Update Incident after school Wednesday 14 May 2025
Good afternoon,
We wanted to update you with some information regarding the incident that happened outside the school on Wednesday 14 May.
As you are aware from Gwent Police social media posts a number of arrests have been made and we continue to work with the police as part of their ongoing investigations.
The learners involved are currently not in school and we have issued them all with the most serious sanction available to Headteachers in line with Welsh Government statutory guidance.
The school continues to be a calm and safe place and we will continue to do everything within our power to ensure that your child has the best possible experiences whilst in our school.
