Blended Learning Year 8 – 11
On Tuesday 2nd September, only learners in years 7 and 12 will be returning to school. All other year groups will be able to access work for the day as ‘Blended Learning’.
A document will be made available via School Comms at the start of term which will contain links to work from a range of subjects. In Year 8 and 9 this will be for all subjects so that learners can complete tasks as per their timetable. For Year 10 and 11 this will be for core subjects only and learners should complete all tasks.
From September, school doors will open at 8.30am and registration starts at 8.40am. Learners will have their timetables issued during form time on the day of their return and their Form Tutor will assist with any queries that may arise. Lessons will start as normal at 9am.
All learners must wear full school uniform in September:

Free Iron-On Logos for Parents/Carers
We’re pleased to offer free iron-on logos for your child’s uniform. These will be available for September collection. If you’d like to request these please complete the following link: https://forms.gle/FSShi67gq8cVTc726
Please note: You’ll need to apply(iron on) the logo yourself by carefully following the instructions that will be included when collected. Whilst these are a more affordable option, they are not as durable as embroidered logos. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch.
All other information, news and updates are available on the school website http://lliswerryhigh.org/. This includes information on the school day, uniform, equipment and the calendar of the year ahead.
Please also take note that our school telephone number has changed and is now: 01633 631706
We very much look forward to welcoming all our learners back in September and wish you all a fabulous summer break.
Yours sincerely,
Miss J Fitzgerald
